Free of charge, one of our experts will spend time with you to discuss your specific sales challenges and the aspirations for your business. This is a facilitated discussion and mind mapping exercise to explore every element of your ‘Go to Market’ strategy with key stakeholders – from the Board through to the functional leadership.
This is our diagnostic stage where we will gather data to allow a ‘prescription’ of activities designed to engender the desired business outcomes and provide the basis for accurate measurement of the results of any interventions.
Training & Implementation
Training and implementation are intrinsically linked. Indeed, training with no plan for execution and adoption is probably a waste of time. No-one ever learned to ride a bicycle in a classroom – so we make sure our delegates take their learning into the workplace.
Implementation will cover elements such as metrics, KPI measurement, pipeline, psychometric assessments, funnel and forecasting, systems and reporting whether this be using leading CRM platforms or more basic tools.
